Information Collected

NKGEM may receive product interests, budget range, destination, contact details, design notes, ring size, reference requirements, source page, and campaign tags when customers submit an inquiry.

How It Is Used

Inquiry information is used to confirm product availability, prepare quotes, arrange production, support shipping, understand which content brought the inquiry, and answer customer questions.

Secure Website Inquiry Storage

When you use a quote form, the website prepares a WhatsApp draft for you to review and send to NKGEM. The request is not transmitted until you tap Send in WhatsApp. Buyer names, email addresses, destinations, budgets, and notes are not included in general public analytics events.

Retention and Deletion

Website inquiry records are normally scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless they are needed for an active quote, order, legal obligation, dispute, or a longer customer relationship. You may ask NKGEM to review or delete your inquiry information, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.

Fallback Drafts

If the website cannot confirm secure receipt, it keeps buyer-controlled email and WhatsApp draft options available and does not claim that NKGEM received the inquiry.

Sharing

Information may be shared with production, logistics, payment, or support partners only when needed to complete a quote or order.
