Production and dispatch timing is confirmed for each order after the stone, specifications, construction, QC plan, quote, payment, and destination route are checked.
Production Timing
Most NKGEM pieces are quoted and produced after confirmation. Timing depends on the confirmed design, center stone, metal, size, side stones, and supplier availability.
Dispatch Route
Hong Kong dispatch is available for suitable orders after quote confirmation. Carrier, service level, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local delivery fees are confirmed by destination before fulfillment.
Production coordination, sourcing details, final dispatch route, and order documents are confirmed per order before fulfillment.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery time starts after dispatch, not after the first inquiry. International delivery may be affected by customs checks, holidays, weather, and destination rules.
Address Confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.
