Before Production

Cancellation options depend on whether the stone has been reserved, materials have been prepared, and production has started.

Custom Jewelry

Made-to-order jewelry is produced to confirmed specifications. Return eligibility may be limited when a piece is customized, sized, engraved, or specially produced.

Condition Check

Any accepted return must be unworn, undamaged, complete with packaging and documents, and pass identity and condition checks.

Defects or Mismatch

If the delivered piece does not match the confirmed order details, contact NKGEM promptly with photos and order information so the issue can be reviewed.
